  • 4 medium apples

Puree until smooth enough and add water if needed.


Red Lentil Puree

Cover the pan and reduce heat to medium-low. Let it simmer for 15 minutes or until the steak is cooked through and broccoli is tender enough. Let it cool. Start using the blender or the food processor and puree the beef and broccoli until smooth enough to be eaten by your baby.

Serve it for at least 2 cups. If it is thick, you can add water.
